Yes. For chairs which have been purchased from us we will offer to service your equipment a year after you have purchased it. This can be discussed either at the assessment or after you have made the purchase.

Please visit www.bonaccordcare.org/OccupationalTherapy for information about the services provided and the eligibility criteria. You can complete a self assessment to access the service. The form takes 20-30 minutes to complete fully and we encourage you to provide as much information as possible.

Some products we sell are not exempt from VAT and we are unable to sell these directly through our website. Please contact us here and a member of our team will be in touch with you shortly.

To be able to claim VAT exemption we must hold these records. You can choose to not register on the website and pay any VAT for the product.

Yes, we are always expanding the products available. Please contact us if there is an item you would like to buy that it not on the website and we will be happy to help.

We currently have free delivery in Aberdeen City. We also deliver to some areas of Aberdeenshire throughout the week. As we grow we will extend the delivery range. Contact us here with any specific queries.

Yes, you can collect your order from one of our collection points. When placing an order please choose the collection point and information will be given about a collection points available.
We are looking to expand the places where you can collect your orders from in the future.
